So Far so Good
my 3rd Weber and my main reason for the Summit was the rotisserie feature. I have used it twice already since my purchase a few weeks ago and it is perfect. very pleased overall with the quality. my only gripe and hopefully Weber reads this. we need to make the wheels a little bigger and better suited for all terrains

I purchased a replacement manifold for my grill. The instructions were extremely hard to follow but I was able to reverse how I took things apart and got it working again. Your customer service was excellent and I’m happy with the results.

Easy to use and clean
Couldn't be happier with this grill. However, the rotisserie forks are missing. We had the store assemble the unit and didn't think to check for all the accessories that are supposed to be included. So what to do now, Weber? Can you send them to us?

Great grill but cabinet quality is unacceptable.
Terrific features. Love the sear station. Have owned nothing but Webers for 35 years.
Cabinet side and base are sub-standard for a grill at this price point. Have deteriorated to the point that grill is potentially unsafe to operate. Rest of the grill is in perfect working order.

Mouse Problem
I have a Weber Summit S-670 LP SS Gas Grill. I have owned this grill for five years, so I believe I have enough experience to give a good review of the grill. I have most of the accessories that are offered such as the pizza stone, sear grate, griddle, and wok. I have used most of the accessories and the rotisserie. I clean my grill after each use and love cooking on it. With that said, there are three problems that I believe could improve the design. I live in the middle of Texas and do not have any of the problems with rusting side frames or bottom panels, but having gone to sea for 35 years, I would suggest making a model that is 100% stainless steel to rectify the poor reviews for this problem. The second problem is the poor performance of the smoker tray. The smoke is unevenly distributed when in use. I believe it should be located in the middle in the back just under the grates. The third problem is the one that drives me crazy, and I believe is the easiest to fix. MOUSE PROOF THE GRILL! I live in the country and am continuously cleaning the mouse nests out of my grill. I can’t believe I am the only person that has this problem. There is nothing more disheartening than preparing to cook a couple of ribeye steaks than to open the cover and finding a live mouse setting on a nest right on the grills. The biggest hole is the area around the propane bottle.

Damage
I got the grill Wednesday and we unboxed it and put it together yesterday. In the un packaging process I noticed that it was dented in the back. The dent is neither structural nor does it affect the functioning of the grill, so I’m not returning it but just disappointed to have so much for something to have it come in damaged.

Good grill but useless with rotting frame!
Bought this grill 7yrs ago. The frame started to rust immediately even though it was co ered and stored for the winter months. They need a better coating and better quality steel used on frame.

Well built except for the frame
I have had this grill for many years and it still looks great and performers great! I use it three to four times a week. My first Weber made me a Weber fan since it last over 11 years, so I bought an all stainless version the second time figuring it would last even longer. I had an issue with my first grill and Weber’s service was outstanding on getting resolved.
Unfortunately the grill looks great but the frame has rotted out. Is this something that can be resolved?

High quality grill but...
I bought this in 2008 and it's still going strong. Weber replaced the flavor bars and burners as part of warranty. Great company. The but...is that the cart is just about rusted out. Not sure how much longer this will hold up structurally. I have purchased 4 or 5 high quality covers for this thing, replacing as they wear out. Used lovingly, this is a GREAT grill otherwise.

Great Grill for about 3 years.
I loved this grill for about the first three years I owned it. Then it stated dying. All the lighting went out, as did the propane level device. Anything powered by the battery module stopped functioning with no clear path to repair it. Shortly after that the infrared burner essentially became a solid block of inoperable corrosion with no way of repairing it. At year four the lower section started rusting. Rusting bad. In fact, "rotting" may be a better word. After seven years, the bottom panel of the thing is about 80% gone. The front handles and accessory hangars that look like they might have been chromed are bubbling off and flaking. The hinges that hold the doors on rusted off a year ago, so I can't grill on windy days. I kept the grill covered, but it just went down hill from corrosion.

Spacious, allows for multiple heat areas on grill. Infrared plus rotisserie results in moist, browned meats. The smoker is not overwhelming the natural flavors but brings them out.
Delight to prepare a full meal on. Love it.

Only had it a week. Still learning the heat patterns. Very satisfied with the product. I had a 20 year old Silver series and I find myself missing the two shelf’s the you could pull up and engage for extra work space. Trying to figure out if I can retro fit a pull out shelf on each side. Other than that really happy with the purchase so far.

We've had our S-670 for 15+ years. We grill several times per week. Even temperature, reliable operation. We clean it once a year by taking it apart and scrubbing throughout.
We've replaced several items under warranty. The customer service experts are friendly and knowledgable.
When our friends buy a new grill every two to three years. We laugh.

reliable great grill - 9 years and going !!
I have owned this grill for 9 years, use it 2-3 days per week, slow cooked pork tenderloin, rotisserie chicken, and burgers. After 9 years of use the burners needed replacing, corrosion holes through the bottom housing. Customer service sent me the new pieces. No charge for parts or shipping! They honor their warranty. I replaced a few additional parts not covered. Well worth it. I am looking forward to another 10 years of use!

Should be the best grill on the market
I have only purchased weber grills going back to the 1990s. I have had several 3 Genesis grills and 2 Summits. They are excellent for cooking a great variety of things because it is very easy to control (and adjust) the temperature on them. Sadly each successive grill I have purchased has been of a lower quality. While I can live with the cheaply made cabinets (used to be a lot nicer), the plastic knobs are ridiculous. They keep breaking and are a very poor design. They crack on the inside when you try and turn them off and are rendered useless. I have ordered additional knobs at a ridiculous markup, but it has finally gotten to the point that I won't be getting another one. I bought a new Summit 670 this Spring and broke 3 knobs in the first month. Very disappointing.

The pinnacle of gas grills
I bought my Summit over five years ago and love it. I use it throughout the year and we live in the Chicagoland area. I enjoy using all the features this grill offers. The searing station works great. It has held up well and I plan to get many more years of use.

Awesome grill.
I got this for Father's day as a gift. The grill itself is awesome. Very sturdy easy to clean and has lots of cooking space. Only issues that I have is the same as a few others knob lights don't turn on.. were intermediate when I got 1st got it now they just don't work. Propane scale works when it wants to also.. new battery's didn't help.. still worth every penny.. hopefully it lasts another 10 years!
