Poor Quality Materials and Parts
We purchased a wood core door 360-16 several years ago. After getting our home painted, we had the door installed. Within 18 months the door handle fell off in my hand. Very disappointed and sorry I wasted $300 on this scrap metal.

Great door, but missing parts
Installed new door, but missing expander and sweep strip. Spoke with Susie and customer service and she told me missing parts would ship in 7-10 days. Very helpful and courteous.
Just wish all parts would have come in package. Leaves a two-three inch gap at bottom of door. Will follow up after missing parts arrive. Parts arrived before estimated delivery date. Installed and door looks good and performs great.
