Wireless collar
We have been using our wireless collar for 3 years now and it’s worked great! Up until about 6 months ago we noticed it randomly beeping our dog when he was laying indoors. We thought it might be a fluk thing but it’s been happening more and more. Is anyone else having this issue? We love the system and aren’t sure if maybe the collar itself went bad or if we need to buy a new box. Please help!

This wireless fence system has worked very well for our dog. It did not take as long as we thought for her to learn the boundaries of the fence. She seems to like the freedom to roam around the yard now that she has learned. Very pleased with this system.

Would give zero reviews if I could
I purchased this 3.5 months ago and the collar no longer charges. I purchased the deluxe because I wanted the best. For the price I paid for this wireless fence I would expect it last and be durable.

Fantastic alternative to physical fence!
We bought a home on a half acre in the city that had beautiful privacy landscaping around the perimeter, so did not want to install a physical fence. My parents have had one of these systems for years and highly recommended it, so we decided to purchase it. Given the long and narrow shape of our lot, it was tricky to set up properly where she would have access to a good amount of the yard without having access to the street or neighbors. I finally used a Google aerial image of our house to map out where to put it and where to expect the beeping boundary to begin. Now that it’s set up, it has worked great - we’ve been using it for about 10 months now. I love knowing she is safe and secure in the yard and don’t have to look at, maintain, or now around a physical fence. While she doesn’t like the beep, she does love the freedom of having access to both the front and back yards/porches. I’m still worried about someday accidentally bumping the perimeter setting and having to start that painstaking process over again to get it set back up just right, but until then, myself and my dog will enjoy the freedom and security of the system.

Worst product ever
Don't waste your money on the wireless unit. After about 2 1/2 hours installing it. (Maybe do to the uneven terrain) one second it would beep at one spot. Then go back and it would beep 5 feet away from the original flag. After setting it all up we brought the dogs out and some time it would beep other time it would not. Hard to Train a dog with so many inconsistencies. Now I'm concerned if it is the collars or the unit in on the porch. I really don't want to bury a wire around the property and it not work due to the collars not working properly.

My only complaint is that it took me too long to find the range dial on the transmitter, it's pretty well hidden underneath lol! But it works great and was easy to figure out.

Purchased for a cat
I purchased this system for a cat as we have two neighbors who have decided they would rather see our cat destroyed than to ever have it in their yard. I read reviews and there were people who said it could be used for cats instead of dogs. I have it set up. I have the collar as small as it will go but it is still too loose. I do not see any smaller replacement collars and wonder if there is any other solution. Thanks

Great fence
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this fence for several months and generally it works very well. We did the walking around the boundary to let my pup know where he could go and things are generally great. However every now and again if there is a trigger the other side of the fence he will bolt through. Now this is just occasional and he is a stubborn lab with a high pray drive and thinks every dog passing is there for him to go and see. That being said it nice to see him outside without having to be tied permanently.

Amazing Customer Service and a great product
I bought our fence four years ago for my two adult dogs, never had an issue with it, kept them safe from coyotes and saved us thousands on fencing. This year we got two more dogs and added them on to the system, one of collars didn't beep, I called customer service and they got me a new one right away. I love this company and this product I recommend it to anyone with dogs.

I bought this u it for my then lab and my pit bull. Still going strong but sadly both collars are broken and need to be replaced. Seem to be out of stock. I would recommend this unit to many as my level for the put is only at 3 and he knows better.

Play and Stay Base Unit Loud
We just purchases a new Play and Stay containment unit. We replaced our original one which was 11 years old. This new model sems to hum when it is plugged in. Our previous model never did this. Is this normal? We do not have anything sitting on top of it per user manual. Otherwise great unit which has worked with our Springer Spaniels.

Works well

It was more complicated than I expected it to be to set up, and took a couple hours with 2 people to get it just right. Once installed it works as it should. It beeps to warn my dog when he’s getting close to the boundary and my dog quickly learned just how far he could go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great, it’s super easy to set up. There’s a dial on bottom to adjust the range you want. It’s super effective in deterring the dogs escape efforts. After being corrected one time my dog always acknowledges the warning beep, doesn't matter if he sees a cat or a steak, he's coming home when he hears that beep. Metal buildings definitely affect the connection with the collar, like it says in the book, so be sure to account for that when setting the range limiter. The charge is very fast for how long it lasts.
This is great for giving dogs the freedom to roam and play while keeping them safe and close to home.

Best thing we ever bought for our cats!
We have 2 kitties and it works wonders for them! At first, one cat grasped the idea of the 'fence' almost immediately, however, the other cat took some time and lots of training before she got the hang of it.
Now, we let our 'girls' out every morning with their 'special' collars on, and they run and play all day outside, without running off where we can't see them!
In the end, the cats don't even have to get shocked, they just hear the buzz warning, and run back to the house.
Also, the charge of these collars is amazing, they stay charged for ages.
This product is well worth the price!

Great wireless fence
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a stubborn German Wirehair Pointer who loves to chase birds and trucks and can scale our 6 foot privacy fence like it’s nothing. After contemplating adding on to our fence we looked into a wireless option and decided on this one based on the positive reviews. It was easy to set up and train our dog where his boundary is and he learned quickly that he can not jump the fence or leave the yard anymore. Highly recommend.

Whenever we visit family or friends or go camping, our dog can now roam around the yard or campsite without being tethered like before. This comes with every piece that you'll need to set up a fence for your dog. I have a dog that likes to be very friendly and try and leave the yard, and since using this he hasn't ran off like he use to!! This gives them a correction buzz if they go past the boundaries. I recommend this to anyone who has a dog and/or trying to train them and I'm happy with this!!

Perfect for our campsite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've tested this out a couple times while camping with our two dogs. They are both older - one doesn't mind as well as the other which is why we wanted a deterrent for her to keep close and stay within our campsite. In the past we've used leads and leashes but they always get caught on chairs, tables or peoples ankles :) so this wireless stay & play has been soo much easier and functional! Since they are older, I was afraid that it would be harder to train but she caught on quickly to the tones. I do not like the idea of shocking my dog but if it helps protect their safety, it's better than the alternative. However, she's done well with the tone-only mode. I do appreciate that the dogs don't get shocked with reentry into the boundary. The tones also help my other dog (who 99.9% of the time keeps close and minds) to understand the invisible boundary which is a win-win for me. It does take at least an hour or so to set up but it takes about an hour to set up camp anyhow so not a big deal. Collar seems to have a good battery life, but we haven't really tested it's limits. I have noticed some inconsistency with transmission on some of the sloped campsites. After research, these perform best when on flat ground. That being said, I am still cautious when letting the dogs hang out with us outside the camper (was really hoping for *almost* care free). I've only had this product for a month so I can't comment on longevity.

It works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works! Even on my 2 very stubborn dogs. It took several weeks and a lot of patience and treats to get them trained, but it really does work. I didn't feel good about "shocking" them but I figured a little static shock was safer than them running off and getting hurt. They don't get near the boundaries now. The kit includes 1 collar but you can buy a 2nd collar if you have more than 1 pet. Set up was fairly simple. It takes a bit of trial and error and works best with 2 people. I love that the transmitter is portable. We haven't needed to move it just yet but will be doing some camping and traveling in the coming months and will be taking it with us. It's small and lightweight and can easily be moved. It will take some time and effort to train your pets to stay within the boundaries, it's definitely not something that happens overnight, but it's worth it. I feel totally confident that this "fence" will keep them where they need to be and out of trouble and harm's way.

Okay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn’t quite what we thought it would be. We moved into our house which already has the invisible fence system installed. We thought this would be an easy way to test out our needs to see if we want to keep the system and invest in new collars for our dogs. I didn’t like that this system Henderson’s to be recharged so frequently. This might work for vacations or camping but didn’t seem worth it for our home.

So easy to set up.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a normal, not pandemic, year, we’d do a lot of traveling, especially for sports. It’s always difficult to leave pets behind, simply because we know we might not be able to keep up with them, even on a leash. As long as you have a power source for the main unit, you can take it anywhere. It’d definitely be handy for RV trips or if you’re in an apartment where you cannot install a typical underground fence.
It saves a lot of hassle and is a lot quicker than an underground fence set up. Dogs must be over five pounds to use it, and mine were quick learners about the boundary. There is a button on the main unit which can shorten the distance, be sure to check that to make sure you’re getting the maximum distance allowable. It definitely sets up enough space for them to run and roam freely, while giving you peace of mind about their safety.

Peace of mind in a box!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works amazingly well!! Setup was very easy, directions were clear and easy to understand. I have never used a pet fence prior to this so I have no comparable experience, but always assumed they were a hassle to install. I live in the country with alot of acres of woods on my property, but also on a very busy street. My dog (8 years old) has taken to wandering and while he hadn't made his way to the street, it was frightening to think he might. I was surprised that he wasn't resistant to the beeping (warning), and hesitated on cue the first two weeks. Two weeks in, he got brave and tried to cross the barrier, immediately turned around and hasn't tried since. I have the unit placed at the back of my house which is a bit far from my router, but I do have a wireless extender close by, and haven't had any issues with a spotty signal, everything seems to work as it should. I am extremely pleased with the ease and performance of the unit! I have received great peace of mind from this wireless fence!

Wonderful for traveling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like our Stay and Play Wireless Fence. It is so convenient for us when we go camping so our dog stays near and doesn't run off. It has flags to stick in the ground which lets you decide where you want your dog to stay. There are different levels of correction plus a tone only option. The tone only option so far works great for our 5 pound dog. The only thing I wasn't too fond of is it seemed to take a while to set up the first time. It gets easier once you know how to do it.

Doesn't work consistently

We have a very large yard but no fence and I thought this would be great to keep him from running out of the yard. However, the device doesn't seem to work consistently. When he was quite a few feet away from the perimeter it would shock him for no reason. The beep tone only worked half the time as well. I would not recommend.
