Beautiful and Timeless
We've had this handset for about 7 years. We selected it for it beauty, lifetime finish and the Kwikset name (they stand behind their products). We replaced our door about 2 years ago and it looked brand new so we just had it installed in our new door. The styling complemented both the old and new door and we were glad we didn't have the expense of a new handset.
We feel safe with the deadbolt and haven't had to replace any parts. There are no scratches or marred areas on the handset. Definitely go for lifetime finish if offered in the style you select.

Solid Design!
Love the look and feel of Handleset. Easy to assemble and the re-key feature is genius. I shouldn't ever have to buy new hardware again. Only complaint is only after 1 year you can already see deterioration in the Brass Finish.

Beautiful and easy to use.
We have used the Chelsea Single Cylinder Handleset for ten years now. The key entry is easy to find at night and the lock turns smoothly. Great for opening with a handful of groceries! Also, the door and handleset face West and absorb a punishing amount of heat in the direct afternoon sun, but the finish has not faded or streaked. We had one small service issue recently that was handled expeditiously by customer service. We are very satisfied with the product and the customer service that goes with it!
