Latch usage and lifetime
3rd replacement for keyed entry lever latches, purchased in 2013. Believe latches should last longer than 4 years. Have 4 keyed for home/shop, 3 are exposed to some weather under porch or overhang. Special attention to striker plate and tang when installing, per instruction

Classy style, long lasting except for the finish.
In 20 years, I have had the handles and crowns replaced twice on all three lock sets, all under the lifetime warranty for the tarnished finishes. which is great for the customer but costly for the company. This time, I lacquered the finishes to reduce the tarnishing.

The old locks had alot of use and the finish started to wear off. So, I called the customer support and explained the situation. They sent me replacement locks and they work and look great...

Beautiful,Reliable, Easy to Install
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the Kwikset Titian but wanted a lever for ease of opening. So glad I choose the Lido. It looks great both inside and out. The finish is holding up well and it functions perfectly. It was very easy to install and re-key with the instructions provided, the entire process took about fifteen minutes. I am pleased with my selection and am in the process of changing all my handlesets to Kwikset Levers.
