Steel Demon flap disc needs modification
With the number of sanding fins on each disc, what remains to contact the surface to be ground/cleaned is very minimal. If fewer sand paper fins were used so more surface area of each fin could abrade the surface to be sanded, the flap disc would be more useful and last longer...and possibly cost less. Those I used became useless after 1/8" of the edges of the sandpaper became dull.
