Rated 3 out of 5 by from best cutoff blade, but thas a low bar ive tried several of these diamond n carbide grit abrasive cutoff wheels and they all claim the same and under perform,, this Diablo one tho was the one that lasted the longest but all the cuts were horribly jagged and rough, and the noise factors insane, i know cutting wheels all are loud but this one just rang thru n echoed so loudly i legit cant hear after like a week. the abrasive grit wears off relatively fast n once it does, the only things u can cut thru are brick pavers, thin plastics and cardboards... dont get me wrong i have the 3 inch blade on my cutoff tool and love it for breaking down all the boxes and packaging materials to be tossed or dumped, but for actual metal cutting?.... ill stick to Diablos flap discs and regular cutoff discs

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible I bought this yesterday. It didn't make it through 4 pieces of 1in rebar. I put in a bonded wheel it cut 12 pieces. 100 times better it says. Not so much

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor I bought the blade for a couple of pipe cuts on black pipe and didn’t last 1 . It was only 1/4” pipe

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just buy the regular bonded discs I am constantly going through standard bonded discs, so I thought i would give this a try on some 1/4" plate steel. I couldn't even make one cut with it and it was creating a inaccurate gouge in the material vs. a fine cut. I put a standard bonded disc back on and sliced right through the steel as I had wanted to. Definitely not worth the cost. Love most of the other Diablo blade line, but this one is a serious fail.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't live up to expectations Bought the double pack of 4 1/2" diamond board and after maybe 30 minutes of cutting over 2 days the blade fell apart. The diamond material flaked off leaving the bare metal blade. I'd like to know what it lasts 100x longer then... A slice of cheese perhaps?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Two aluminum cuts wore away diamond I bought this disc expecting the claimed 100x life and was shocked when the diamond coating wore off after two cuts of aluminum. I like the idea behind the product because ablative discs chip easily, can explode, and sparks cause fires. Am I using it wrong? Is it damaged by non-ferrous metals?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Even Close To Being Worth What It Co I bought this hoping it'd hold up at least half as long as the packaging claimed it would. It lasted maybe as long as two abrasive discs, at most. No idea where they came up with the "100 times longer life", but it certainly wasn't cutting 1/8"-1/4" mild steel. Just go with the regular abrasive blades. They're far cheaper for the amount of cuts you get out of them.
