Bad battery pack
The fuel gage on the battery showed one of three green lights were lit upon opening the box. I charged the battery for 24 hrs and it never increased. I was able to trim my hedges and it cut nice and clean but lasted less than 15 minutes. Tried charging again for 24 hrs and never got more than one green light. The charger showed blinking red with yellow for a short time then stayed solid red. This unit is going back for a refund. Very disappointed with Dewalt quality.

These are my 'GO TO" pantry storage!
I have been using these for years now, keep buying more as they are so perfect. I love the fact that they are tall and square-ish. There is no neck, so a 5# bag of flour, or similar size bag of sugar just drops right in, if desired. You can see through the side to see what's inside -- yet the sides are flat enough though to stick a label on if using that way. The tops fit nicely -- and snugly, but are not too tight for my arthritic hands to remove. I keep a few in the back of the fridge with my flours in them to keep it super fresh and because of the height, they don't take up too much room considering how much they hold. There are NO problems with anything like pantry moths, ants, etc getting into the ones that are kept in regular panty storage.
I have never had any of the difficulties that some people seem to with quality. Every single one is in as good a condition as it was when first purchased... and some are maybe 10 or 15 years old by now.

Blower amazing, but LOUD
Built solid, clears debris fast, strong performance, as expected from Dewalt. my main issue is how loud this unit is with a high pitched whine to it also. Older units performed well, but were much less of an issue for my ears. This one I have to wear ear plugs, it's too much! Quiet down your motors!!!

Love it! Wish would’ve got sooner, light weight, cuts as it’s suppose to. Battery lasts, for home home use, live Florida so all hedges grow way to fast, now can keep looking good without dragging cord around from the 1 I replaced

Great Trimmer with excellent power
Great trimmer with excellent power and great cutting ability. This trimmer is easy to handle and not too heavy. Battery capacity is fantastic and charging time is pretty good. This hedge trimmer is the type of quality you can expect from Dewalt. The 22 inch cutting blade is just the right size for most hedges and the durability and blade sharpness makes it my go to hedge trimmer for trimming my shrubs and hedges.

Works well enough and the battery does the job, so far but it does not cut very thick bushes very well but the biggest issue is that it does NOT come with a blade guard? I am totally shocked - at this price point, why not? I do not recommend it for this one reason.
