Excellent unit, display too small
I like the unit, works well, accurate, seems to give consistent readings, I just find the LED display to be really hard to read on the fractions.

Readings are too small
The readout on the screen is too small. The fraction measurement is almost unreadable. 1/32 is not necessary and would prefer 1/16.

SQUARE FOOTAGE EVERY FOURTH READ
cant turn off the automatic square footage every fourth read. Need the length each reading, not an area measurement every fourth. Have to take a lot of extra readings.

Simple to use, accurate, but lacks display choices
Purchased primarily to measure rooms, opening, and cabinetry. Works as advertised. However, the inch fractions display in the closest 1/32". For my purposes, where no wall is plumb and drywall corners are proud of the rest of the surface, this "accuracy" is annoying. Unless you are doing furniture, 1/16" is preferable but there is no way to change it. Buy a different model that includes the option to change display unit accuracy.
