Very Durable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is definitely as heavy-duty as tape gets. Very thick and could probably hold a bit of weight. My only issue with it is the adhesive is not extremely sticky, so it doesn't have a good hold on all surfaces.

High Quality Duct Tape
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M provided me with a roll of this duct tape to review. The tape is so thick and sticky - it's some of the highest strength duct tape I have ever used! I'm moving soon, so I used it to tape up boxes of books. The only downfall to this tape is that it's a little smelly, but overall I would recommend!

Extreme(ly) Excellent- Exceeded Expecatations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a free sample from 3M. This 3M Extreme Hold Duct Tape has exceeded my expectations of duct tape. It is very versatile, easy to use and extremely sticky. So far, each time I have used it I have been extremely happy. It is easy to tear in either direction and so far has been water proof. It is also still holding in very cold and extreme outdoor conditions. Thanks again for another great 3M product.

Thick and sticky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the extreme hold duct tape in exchange for an honest review. I don't normally use duct tape to fix things, but I was excited to try. I used it first in my car, there is a piece that has been breaking off, and so far it's held up through the heat and daily use. Another place I tried it was an outdoor chair. It the joint on the wood I put it on held up to adult weight and we'll see how long it can hold up in the elements.
So far so good though and I'm looking for more places to use it!

Love this extreme hold duct tape!

Regular duct tape I can rip, but I had to use scissors to cut this one. My boyfriend was able to rip it but even he was super impressed with how tough it was. It is very sticky and very strong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Extreme hold duct tape is wonderful. It has held many things together. But was to very happy to have it when camping and ended up with a leak in the tent. I worked great on the fabric of the tent and kept the water out.

Super thick duct tape
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super thick, super sticky duct tape. I used to patch rips in insulated shopping bags. Tape is holding up well under a lot of use and a lot of heavy groceries. Tape was think enough that it did not fold over and stick to it's self. I had to use scissors to cut, I could not tear with my hands like other duct tapes. Great product.

Super Hold Duct Tape
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This duct tape is the only kind that you need for indoor and outdoor use. It is very thick and sturdy, plus it is waterproof to withstand the elements outside. Now you don't have to buy different types of duct tape because this one will fit all of your needs. I used it to tape a hose outside and it has held up with heavy rain falling on it.

Works wonders
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample from 3M of the Extreme Hold Duct Tape and it works wonders around my home. I used it to roll up and hold down a corner of an area rug that curled up and its holding it down very well. I have also used it to hide or cover extensuon cords. It tears off the roll easily and holds together really well. I don't think I would ever use any other brand of duct tape.

Crazy Strong!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M is always my go-to for any tape. The Extreme Hold Duct tape is thicker and even more durable than regular duct tape. I love that it can be torn both vertically and horizontally for ease when applying during a project. It's perfect for indoor, as well as outdoor use because it doesn't curl, even in different seasons/types of weather. I received the tape free from 3M to try but have a stash of different 3M tapes I have purchased. Happy to have this for long lasting, durable repairs!

Phenomenal holding power!

Hold it all Together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good name for this product. This tape hold extremely well as the name suggests and is somewhat difficult to work with for everyday uses. It’s a heavy duty, durable tape for tougher holds. Works well though. Definitely not rippable. Needs a scissor or knife to cut pieces off.

Although I feel 3M products are reliable, I did not get my hopes up about this duct tape being any different from all the other duct tapes. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The 3M Extreme Hold Duct Tape never frayed, you can cut it and the edges stayed together, it held up heavy plastic from the bottom of the car seat, although heavy duty it was not sticky, and the tape was easy to locate and peel off the humongous roll.

Awesome Duct Tape

Decent, but not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product free from 3M to evaluate. It's thick, and not easy to tear with your hands. It was in my garage to see how it would hold up against changes in temperature and humidity. Ultimately, it works about as well as other duct tape I have on hand...I don't feel like this is an "extreme hold" tape.
