Hands down the best brush available on the market
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a 19 year painting veteran and business owner, I've tried all the brushes from all the companies. This one is the best. It packs well, keeps it form and cleans easy, and the tip stays crisp and makes any cut in, but ceiling to wall line especially, so much easier and level. It has the best blend of stiffness and flex.

More like drips a lot of paint
Bristles came out. Also, it states it holds more paint for production well guess what that paint drips off the brush before you can get it to the wall. Overall not satisfied, maybe I got a dud and now it just sits in my tool box.

Y'all can't b painter's!
I've used this brush since it came out.... Ive seen complaining about how it works out the box.... Which I will definitely will say that first few times using this brush isn't the best but once broke in there is not a better brush around.... Holds plenty of paint and u can definitely make perfect straight lines out the box it just doesn't flow as good as it will after it's cleaned a few times.... I've been painting for 23 years and Ive went threw a few million gallons of paint. Any and everyway possible to use this brush I've done it.... Definitely can make super crispy lines out the box, just not as good as after it's broken in... My advice for users out the box would b to ruff it up a lil bit with your wire brush and had a few times back in forth in your hand to break it in, but there's definitely not a better brush out there with more versatility.... If any of these ppl have any further questions feel free to contact me! I'll give ya some pointers!!

Pro extra glide 2 1/2
Overall pretty disappointed with this brush. Paint didnt flow off of brush rea l evenly. Also had filament issues with some small gaps and some strands came out. The quality is definatly not what you would expect gor the cost.

Best cut in
Ive been a painter for 12 years always carry an army of purdy brushes usually last about five jobs also like the xl stiff and the chinex depending on what im painting..the brushes are extremely beutiful and make any painter look like a pro ....only down side is the cover is made of cheap paper make it more durable so brush can keep shape... also i like to gorilla glue a .5 in magnet to my brushes so they can stick to magnets i glue on to my 2 gallon cut in bucket..purdy u can take my idea and make it yours just send me some brushes to test them out

Wasn't satisfied with the last two that I bought.
The last two times I bought these brushes they came bent and it almost made it impossible to do my cut ins. I've been painting for 10 years. I guess I'll just stick to my old purdy brushes.

Wouldn't recommend
I bought this brush (purdy pro extra stiff) with an understanding it had good capabilities in holding more paint and a better cut in line. Instead it started to split out while applying the paint (vinyl matt) and the cut in line was a disaster. I buy purdy brushes regularly and feel let down by this brush. Are they even hand made anymore?? I'm decorating 17 years and have used all type of brush but this was terrible. I bought a Picasso angled minotaur recently and it's a much better brush! Very annoyed painter and decorator and wouldn't recommend.

Great brush, if only the bristles don't fall apart
I bought about a dozen different brushes for an interior job and most performed well. However 4 of the brushes were made with very poor craftsmanship/material. The bristles started falling out and onto the paint resulting in a waste of precious time. I then decided to clean the brushes to remove the rest of the loose bristles but then after they dried the bristles became brittle and crunchy. Horrible experience that has put me off purdy. I think i ill switch to Wooster since purdys quality has went down.
