Ultra finish roller cover doesn't fit the roller!
Absolutely ridiculous that I (and many others looking at the rest of the comments) are unable to fit the standard purdy roller sleeves to this roller. Purdy's useless response to every other customer also does not help. If this is user error, a helpful video showing the 'quick roller release' advertised on the roller. I will assume from the absence of this that purdy is simply not fit for purpose.

Returning this piece of trash!
I’m hoping I can return this and get my money back. It is the absolute worst! The same brand of roller covers don’t even fit on it. (Which are also junk) I will never buy this brand again.

Tough going
Ive used this new roller only a handful of times but each time it spins less and less easily. Ive tried to pop it apart to clean the inside but it doesnt move much and i dont want to force it. I liked the noticeable weight savings over the wooster but the wooster rolls easily.

Best Roller Cage I’ve Ever Used
I’m writing a review specifically because these reviews are atrocious. No idea what they are even talking about, I use non-Purdy roller sleeves almost exclusively. I get the Dulux brand microfibre sleeves and it works like a dream. Lasts way longer than previous cages I used to use. Oh and I’m a professional painter of 12 years. I use these almost every day.

Does not fit rollers
I don’t know why Purdy hasn’t recalled these. I purchased them from a local paint shop only to find no roller (not even Purdy brand) will fit on them. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. These should be taken off the shelf. DO NOT BUY
