Sturdy & Comfortable; Marred by Scrapes, Scratches
We are big people (over 300lbs) and this extemely well-made chair suits us perfectly. It is very wide in front and the contours make it perfectly comfortable. The frame is rock solid. Even if you intentionally rock back and forth while seated there is not the slightest bit of wobble.
The only drawback: we bought four of them and the arrived stacked. The chairs were not sufficiently wrapped and protected so all four had significant scratches and damage to the finish. This is not a manufacturing but a shipping problem.

A very comfortable seat
We like the wide seat. The back is high enough to provide good support. The legs are far enough apart to make the chair stable but not make getting up difficult.

nice, sturdy chair
I am very pleased with this chair. The seat area is rather large and the base of support wide so that it is very stable. I have it in an area of garden plants and it does not look obvious when you look across the water garden. You almost don't even know it is there, which I like as it doesn't detract from what is around it. It doesn't feel like it could topple over like the plastic chairs do and it won't rot in the sun. I thought I'd want a cushion on it but so far it is fine without it. If it were less money I'd replace all my plastic chairs.
