Best thickness and quality!
I tried these before and picked up something else locally when I was out. There is no comparison to how your fish are cooked on these versus the more inexpensive store offerings.

Excellent tool for grilling salmon!
These planks are just the right thickness to properly cook a full salmon filet. Follow the instructions and you cannot go wrong! You will probably have to use a sheet cake pan to soak them, as they are long. Put a wine bottle on top to hold down and you're good to go.
