Seem to be just as good as the originals
The original lids started cracking and falling apart after 20 years of 4-season weather and roughneck handling. That's pretty good longevity for any plastic outdoor product. The cans were still in slightly better shape so a new set of lids was a lot cheaper than replacing all 6 cans, and True Value has the absolute best price on genuine replacement lids. Ordered a bunch and had them shipped to my local hardware store. If they last even half as long as the originals I'll be a happy camper.

Great lid, Wrong size
Great lid. However, it does not fit the Roughneck trash can on wheels. I'm working with Rubbermaid to find out if the correct size lid is available. The one i need is 20 inches across.
