I hate to say I love this roof rake
Excellent rake. Had to use emery cloth to make the ends fit together and come apart easier. Works really well.

Not made out of plastic
I bought one last year. We had 3 feet or better and used between 4 familys. I bought 3 rakes this year and we had 3" of snow lol. But preventative medicine. i ordered from True Value because of the free shipping and the price was cheaper than a lot of other places. I got the 21' rakes but you can use whatever extensions you want to make shorter. Cheaper to get the extension now with the rake than order later. Not made out of plastic So if it gets bent you can straighten it. Plastic breaks so i stayed away from that.

Great product
This is a great saves me time a is much safer than the ladder and shoveling my roof off and keeps my wife from having stress seeing me up on the snow covered roof. Works better than advertised and about 10 minutes to assemble. It’s very easy to use, should of purchased this years ago.

Items arrived within a few days. Used it immediately to remove snow from my roof. Worked great.
Disappointed in the extension pole. Using it makes the rake totally unmanageable. Pole bends a lot at 21 feet. At 26 feet (with extension), totally impossible to control. Just buy 21 footer.
