Find a different one
Had this for two seasons, used about 6 times. Wouldn't start for the 3rd season. Cleaned/rebuilt carb (jets were clean), new gas. Still wouldn't start. Got a new carburetor and installed, again with new gas plus a new NGK plug. STILL won't start. Tried pulling and electric start and nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM OR YOU MAY SUFFER AS I HAVE!

Electric start
The 3rd time I used it the electric start button quit working. I’m a female with no upper arm strength to pull to start it, which is why pushing a button was extremely important. Now I can’t even start my snowblower. Very upset with this machine.

Terrible Reliability
I bought this snow blower from a major home improvement store and used it about 1/2 dozen times over two winters. Ran it this season (fall) before putting it away waiting for the next snow storm. Had about 4" and decided to pull it out and use it. WOULDN'T RUN! Would start after a prime but wouldn't stay running! Cleaned the jets on the carb and still won't stay running without me putting a finger over the Prime hole. Tried everything. Let it warm up good and still dies once I remove my finger from the Prime hole. Now it's either try a new $80.00 carburetor or junk it and shovel. Even @ $700.00 dollars I expected more than a half dozen uses. Last Troy-Bilt ANYTHING I'll ever buy. Won't recommend to my friends or kids either.

Perfect machine if you love to shovel
I ran this snow blower 4 times before I needed to drain the fuel and clean the carburetor. The next season 3 time before the same thing happened. Luckily there are DOZENS of videos on YouTube that show you how to do this because it is so common. Terrible design.

American Name, Poor Quality Offshore Brand Label!
DO NOT BUY! Trusted American Name but this is a Poor Quality Offshore Brand Label! Poorly designed, Hoses rot quickly, extremely difficult to remove carburetor, difficult to service unless you remove a lot of unnecessary parts... Not Meant To Be Serviced! Meant to be thrown into the landfill after 4 or 5 years and Buy Another One = NO!!! BEWARE!!!

Own two TroyBuilt Storm 2410 snow blowers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time we purchased the 2410. For my two children's houses in Massachusetts. We have not used the one we just ordered, but we bought it again because the first one purchased Nov 2018 and it has work perfectly. A great value.
