Works great
Local hardware store had this and the Storm 2410 available but I went with the 2440. Works great for my long gravel driveway here in PA. Raised the runners up and have had no issues. Starts up instantly and engine feels strong. Airless tires are nice and work well. Would recommend.

Unsafe
My snow blower goes on its own without the use of the self-propel lever. When I have the gear in the slowest forward setting it goes in reverse. I bought it earlier this year and would really appreciate a warranty fix on it so I'm not stuck with an extremely overpriced paperweight.

Power start, But No Power Cord Included!
It is a crying shame that when you purchase a product and it has an electric start on it ( not an added accessory ) and they do not include the power cord but charge you an additional cost to get it.!!! SHAME on you!!! HOW GREEDY!!!I guess I will not purchase any more of your equipment nor will I recommend anyone to your company either.

Piece of Crap
We brought this model this year and have used it three times. It has not worked properly ever. The chute doesn't operate with the handle and has to be turned manually, the auger stopped working for no apparent reason today and may make this piece of crap worthless altogether, speeds 1 - 4 don't propel the blower forward, it just sits there. The choke has be to engaged the entire time or the engine surges even after being warmed up. I would advise spending the extra and getting something better. Unfortunately, this blower isn't worth a buck, let alone $800. You'd be better off buying and Ariens.

Good snow blower- bad engine design
Its now been three years since purchase. After first year the key switch went bad, now the carburetor is clogged. No filter or fuel shutoff valve in the design. A fuel filter with the size of the jets small as a pin hole is not a luxury, it is a necessity. A fuel shutoff valve should be designed into the outlet of the fuel tank. It is not if one needs to shut off the fuel but when. So spending over $300 in repairs is not something one looks forward to on a new snowblower specially when there is foot of snow to be cleared.

Awesome machine
This unit just blew through the recent snowstorm without any issues. Great machine. I'm not sure what I would do without it.
