Happily, this unit works as advertised!
This is my first time owning a generator and I have not been disappointed. It started right up without the need to choke the engine and ran steadily (on propane) and although noisier than I had anticipated, we could hardly hear it from the bedroom area. My hope is we never need to use it, but it's a great insurance policy living in Florida with the uncertainties during hurricane season. All-in-all, I would recommend this generator. I use a battery tender which keeps the battery fully charged at all times. Although it's a dual fuel unit, I have not used gasoline yet and will only do so if propane becomes unavailable.

Best Home and Jobsite Generator
The great versatility of the H08051 Dual Fuel is I can hook straight up to the house for 10K of emergency power or use it as a portable on a job site/RV with plenty of 220/110 power. The dual fuel means I can use gasoline, small portable Propane tanks or hook direct into the main Propane tank. Strong enough to run continuously and up to 22 hours with a double size portable Propane tank. Starts immediately and runs strong. The 4 way panel gives me the option for 110v outlets, a 30 amp 110 breaker with a 4 outlet extension, a 30 amp 220/110 with extension and a heavy duty 50 amp breaker for the big loads (like direct to the house power panel) for emergency power. Smart engineering, design and heavy duty construction. I like it!

Good Value, and Feature Rich Portable Gen. as Advertised
Firman provided a turn-key Generator short of a fuel source, and is everything as advertised in the online description as of this writing. Not being a smart-xxx, but read the OManual. Unless you have specialized needs such as operation of the Gen. over 2,000 ft, or hooking up to a bulk LP tank the OManual is well written-informative. I operated the Gen. on both Gasoline, and LP even though LP will be the fuel of choice. Checked out starting the Gen. using both the Recoil, and Electric starter all during the 5Hr break-in without concerns. Note that fuel consumption was as advertised whether Gas or LP was used. 1/2 Gal of Gas provided approx. 1Hr runtime, and 1.5 - 2 Gals of LP provided 4Hrs runtime. Note 1) During LP use I found using an inline LP Gauge upstream of the regulator created an operational issue. I would advise against installing any inline device as a best practice for proper operation during LP use. Note 2) Should you choose Gas as your fuel of choice, follow best practices by shutting off your fuel. Then run your Gen. out of fuel. As a bonus, there is a drain screw on the bowl on the Carburetor. You can use this to drain the remaining fuel out of the Carburetor for storage of the Gen. Make sure you tighten, reinstall or replace after draining the fuel ... taking care not to overtighten or strip the drain screw.

Everytihing I expected.
Everything you need is in the box! I opted to use a Full Synthetic oil. I used the LP gas option to test it so I wasn't storing with gas in it. Great option to have.
