Had problems with the sprayer holding pressure and wrote a negative review about a month ago. Product was not warranted. Since then Chapin's customer service reached out to me, went over the problem and came up with a possible fix. They sent out a replacement seal free of charge which resolved the problem. They stand by their products and reputation.

Handle full of cracks
Worked fine right after purchasing at end of summer previous year. But went to use the following summer and the wand handle is full of cracks rendering it useless. Looks like a replacement handle is not available.
