Catfish filets fresh after 2.5 years in my freezer
I have never had a problem with any of the Foodsaver products. I use their bag material exclusively.. Just ordered another 3 roll pack of their 11"×16' bag material and it is high quality and always dependable. I recently dug out 3 packages of catfish filets that had gotten buried by other frozen foods in my chest type deep freeze. I had vacuum sealed them with my Game-Saver Silver using the same bag material in May of 2019!!! I figured I would have to throw it out even though it still ok. I didn't though because it looked like it had been only a couple of months even though it was nearly 2.5 years old! I took a chance and thawed it out in cold water and I am glad I did. I fried it up and it was still almost as good as it was when it was fresh!! Can't say enough about how impressed I was with my sealer or the bag material I used!

Bags not the same!
I purchased these bags (I only buy real FoodSaver bags) at my local store as I've been doing for MANY years. The quality has completely gone "down hill"! What do I do now? I really need good quality storage bags.

Keeps food fresh in the freezer for months
Overall, an excellent product. One minor problem keeps me from rating this a 5-star item: occasionally, the material will have a small crease. This prevents it from establishing a complete vacuum, so it won’t seal automatically. Instead, I have to press the seal button, and then I can see some air leak back in. I then have to seal it again.
But for the most part, this product keeps things fresh in the freezer for months.

Quick and Easy!
Quick and easy to use. Great for freezing left overs or batch cooking. Just put the bag in boiling water and in a matter of minutes your meal is ready. This size is great for large items.
