It has a decent shower head
I purchased this model 5 years ago at a former house for a seldom used basement. My only complaint with it then was that there was a loud noise when the tub was filling with a mixture of hot and cold water. The noise was eliminated when the shower was on or if the tub was filling with just hot or cold water.
I just purchased the same model again for a new house to be used in a second floor bathroom and am extremely disappointed. First, the handle cannot be tightened completely and it feels very loose. I’ve tried tightening the set screw and the Phillips head screw under the handle to no avail. Next, the shower head leaks where connected to the shower arm. My plumber mentioned that he generally doesn’t have to use tape for the shower head but he ended up using tape (several attempts) and it still has a slow leak. Finally, the loud noise occurs with this new unit in the same way it happened with my previous unit. I can’t imagine it’s a faulty part given it's happened to me twice, and it’s hard to believe that this hasn’t been rectified in the past 5 years. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Defective Diverter Valve
Had a registered plumber install the set up. He did have a similar item on his truck which did work. Without him I would be in a real bind as I needed the shower to be completed that day since my out of town guests were here.
