Worthless if you want to use garbage bag
I bought the TouchTop J, went home and put the usual 13 gallon trash bag in it. Your trash can isn't designed to use garbage bags. You can't enclose a garbage bag or use the touch top because it's too big.

Great in theory, horrible in execution!
I have a small kitchen and like the size. I hate lids because they are always messy and gross. I loved the idea that the lid works two ways. Then, I put a bag in and the lid is completely useless and the bag falls down in the can. Unfortunately I think the bag falling in will be an issue even if I get rid of the lid.
Save your money, buy something else. I wish I would have.

Lid does not stay on
I was glad to find a slim trashcan for my kitchen to fit into the space I needed as I have a very small kitchen, like other reviewers, the lid would not stay on. Used 13 gallon bags. Unhappy with product since lid falls off even without bag. Would not recommend as a trashcan can.

Major design flaw.
I bought this last week and it’s awful. The video shows it being used without a bag in it and once you use the bag, the lid doesn’t fit at all and falls off constantly. I use 13gal bags and still have an issue. And I don’t have time to return it either because I have 3 kids, 3 and under.

Nice Size
I brought this because according to the description it was made for the kitchen area. The trash can video on this website is miss leading. The video shows how it is used without a liner and no video on how the lid is used with the lid together because it DOES NOT work together. In the video the lid is leaning against the trash can on the floor as the liner is being removed.

Wastebasket liners do not fit
Wastebasket liners that are marketed for 13 gallons as stated as needed on this 11 gallon #1093 sterilize swing top are too small for this container and continually fall in. This makes the container virtually useless to me.

I hate the lid
I had a trash can can by Sterilite for years that you lift the lid back and it would sit on the back of the trash can..and when i moved it got stollen..but i loved having the lid open so when my kids trew things in there it would get on the wall..and i would just wash the lid..so i bought this one to replace it..the lid sit open like almost in the middle ..its always falling of..horrible..please make the other one again..and come on now most people prefer white trash cans in their kitchens..

Basic Trashcan
We have 5 of these trash cans. They started out as one trash and 4 recycling bins, but have had different functions in our house during their lifespan.
I recommend these trash cans because they are slim, so having a few lined up works well for recycling, they are lightweight but also sturdy when they are full.
We rarely used the lids with these cans. I do remember them catching drips and always looking dirty. Since we kept them in a laundry room or a garage, we chose to forgo the lids.
The slim size of these cans, combined with their inexpensive price make them a great for organizing things like recycling, extra trash bags, hoses during the winter, and wrapping paper.
