True Value's website is wrong in what is being advertised as to what is being sold and delivered. I spoke to the store after I had picked it up, but it wasn't worth the time and effort to try to resolve your companies mistake. I received a 25-Ft Scotty Wood Clothes Dryer with 10 Dowels.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 1 year & 7 months old and already need a new one! I do not like to write a bad review but I don't want anyone to waste their money either. I bought this rack from True Value 1 year and 7 months ago and I need to replace it already. The middle rods are all warping and the unit as a whole list to the right and it needs to be propped it up. I will buy a Bamboo Rack somewhere else to replace it now.
