Rusted
I purchased this item three months ago and it’s rusted. I tossed the sponge holder as the bottoms rusted out. Now the strainer is rusted.

Corner Utensil Holder
Rubbermaid, I’ve read all the reviews and don’t understand why you don’t hear people. Your dish drainers and attached utensil holders need to be changed back to the way they used to be made. Nice and sturdy thick vinyl coated wire with no big hole where the utensil holder goes. Choices of a small drainer or a large family size drainer. A somewhat square corner utensil holder, instead of that small oblong one that attaches to the side. That oblong utensil holder is awful and most of the reviews tell you that! Go back to the old way you made them years ago. People will pay more if you offer a product people like!

Like old models better
Almost returned it. I'm not happy with the hardness of the bottom of the drainboard,
the dish rack slides off of it. It's too hard of a plastic needs to be like old rubber ones. I also do not like that the utensil cup can only be used in one (side) area. I need it to go on the oposite side and you can't do that cause then there is this big gap between the wires and small bowl etc. will fall out. I can turn it so that the utensils are in the front but who want utensils in the front. Need to have both ends the rack the same so utensils cup can go on either side and to use the rack in any direction.

Great fit, good features, but serious rust problem
I bought 7 of these Rubbermaid sink racks over several years because of fit and features. All were rubberized. They usually lasted between 8 to 24 months, then the rubber coating begins to crack in spots and reveal rust. Need to remove them immediately when this happens because rust stains the sink. Bought a chrome version recently, but that began to rust at all joints within just 30 days. Hate to keep disposing of these racks, it's an environmental waste. It would be easy enough to construct the same design with rustproof material (i.e. stainless steel). The total amount of money spent on these replacements is probably many times over the higher price of a single one built of better material. I remained with Rubbermaid because of the brand name, and because solid plastic models were too flimsy. I have my doubts now about Rubbermaid quality after many years of tossing these.

Not like the original!!!
Please bring back the older style. These are manufactured using less quality materials.
We are willing to pay more for the style you discontinued. Rubbermaid Corporation are you listening?? Please we will pay extra.

Wish large old drainers were made
Why did Rubbermaid quit making the large vinyl coated wire dish drainers? They were the best and lasted a long time. I do dishes by hand and don’t like the plastic drainers. Please bring the old style back.
