How to separate it?

Silverware Tray Divider is Too Low
I like everything about this product except the silverware tray divider. It’s too low. Silverware does not stand up in the tray unless it’s leaning against the outside walls of the tray.
Silverware towards the center has nothing to lean against so it falls over making it difficult to add more silverware easily. As another reviewer mentioned, silverware stays wet longer because it's not standing up straight, it has more contact with other pieces of silverware.
Sterilite may consider the low center divider wall to be an ease of cleaning feature but I would much rather have a better functioning tool to use on a daily basis. I curse every time I fill the silverware tray.
Maybe the issue was making a functional plastic mold and uniformly filling that thin wall to full height? If so, an additional snap on part to extend the divider wall would be desirable.
I plan on retrofitting the tray to make the center divider wall higher, I will probably find a piece of plastic at the hardware store or cut it from packaging.
FYI to your Sterilite website webmaster the "Review" text box form field is not functioning correctly in Google Chrome version 92.0.4515.159 (Official Build) (x86_64). The text box is not expanding using the corner pull and trackpad scrolling this field moves the entire form not the text. I have to navigate with up and down arrows.

Nice size
Bought this to replace a white one of the same size because it should be easier to keep clean. Just wish it was available in red like the smaller ones you offer.

Silverware holder needs more dividers
I have bought this product twice and would recommend it for the most part, but the silverware holder drives me bonkers! It needs to have two more dividers so the flatware can stand more upright, to dry more quickly. The way it is currently designed with a single divider causes utensils to fall over and lie flat or nest up against each other (thus causing them to stay wet and get water spots). Other than that improvement, this is a quality product.

However, after wash a white cotton like stuff on the plastic showing.

Does its job well
We've had this for year's. Every so often I run it through the dishwasher to keep it looking great. My only wish is that it were more angled to drain better into the sink.

All around great product.
I really like this dish drainer. It holds a lot of clean dishes and the silverware holder is very large. I really like the liner, I no longer need a towel under the dish drainer. All around great product.

This is the best organized largest drainer I could find. The silverware holder is also the largest I could find. Very sleek looking. Now I need sink liners and a divider to go with it. Those are impossible to find. Even by the competitor!
