Does not work
Hello all, I am not a huge reviewer but when it came to the Black&Decker wet+dry lithium hand vacuum, I was very disappointed. I purchased this hand vac October, 2018 and it has yet been useful. At first when I bought it, I immediately charged the device then sat it in my car for when necessary to use. Finally when the time came 2 weeks later, it did not cut on. So my assumption was, maybe it runs charge even when not in use. So today June 26, 2019. I needed to get the hand vac out of my car and vacuum a small section in my home. Knowing from past experience, I knew it needed to be charged. So I placed it on the charger. This vac has been charging for over 6 hours. When I go to turn it on, it starts making the suction sound and immediately cuts off. It does not work. I have tried and tried and it consistently keeps doing the same thing. I have tried to use this product 3x in the past 8 months and the exact same raction keeps happening. It’s to late to return and I am now stuck with a product I cannot use. Very disappoint. Will not be recommending to anyone.

This vac doesn't even pick up cat hair from a wood floor. I tried writing an email but of course I got an error and it would not send.

Awful!!! No suction.
I have to hand feed this thing the chunks in trying to vaccum up because there is no suction what so ever. Waste of money.

Worst dustbuster ever.
I have owned many handheld vacuums... some of which were Black & Decker. All have worked very well...until this one. It's finicky and picks some things up while refusing to pick up others. There were a few dried up peas and corn kernels on our high chair--This photo is after going over them with the dustbuster many many times. It would be quicker and easier to pick them up by hand.....
I am so frustrated with this product and highly recommend NOT purchasing it.

Worse dustbuster I've ever owned.
Purchased this dustbuster hand vacuum around Christmas time. It has no suction to even pick up a small piece of debrie on the floor. It is a complete disappointment and I would like my money returned. This was not what I expected from a Black and Decker product.

Spectacularly Improved
I bought this product to replace one I was not fond of, but did the job. This new model addressed any other issues I had and completely changed my opinions. It's much lighter weight, Lithium ion powered, has easily switchable attachments and better at suction than predecessors. A truly great improvement and fierce competitor to any other handheld on the market.
