Works well
Sturdy well made and pickups hair, dust and dirt well! Battery could last a little longer but it's powerful! The filter falls out when you empty it so hold on to it when dumping! The pet hair roller is great, picks up hair on sofa, car and more. Good product overall.

Great start but like other reviewers; IT FAILED!
I purchased this because I have a dog that sheds hair. It was amazing at first but less than the three months that others experienced, mine started with a very loud noise when turned on and very little suction. It seems like the debris was getting stuck in the mechanical housing, and not in the dust cup. Very disappointed for the money I paid; basically wasted.

Works as Expected
Awesome on cat hair. I use this Black + Decker dustbuster® Hand Vacuum Pet (Purple) on my sofa's and carpet. I love my cat but he sheds so much. And with cat hair all over the place. I am so glad that the Black + Decker dustbuster works perfect for the job. It gets up all the cat hair. And all the little crumbs that my kids get embedded into my sofa. I love Black & Decker and their products. They are an Awesome Brand.

When I first got this I loved it- it worked wonderfully. then it didn't! Only worked for about 6 months! Very sad- Thought I had a winner and it appears not!

Does not work well at all
This vacuum does not have a suction at all basically. It barely picks crumbs up. It also doe snot stay charged for 10 minutes even. When the charge gets low, the suction completely stops working. I have only used it a handful of times because it truly just does not clean the mess.

Utter Disappointment
I wish I had read these reviews before buying as my experience is the same - very happy with the suction power at first - now there isn't enough to pick up 1/2 of a sunflower seed on my kitchen floor. Shocked that Black & Decker makes a product that seems to fail everyone after 3 months.
