Loved it so much I bought 2!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first bought a Dirt Devil flip-out with 16 volts. That lasted Me 2 years! When that one died I went out and bought a 20 volt flip out! It works so well for what my needs are

Great cleaning product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use and really does a good job. I love it especially for hard to reach areas. If it had a carry bag to keep the vacuum and charger together since I keep in my car truck and take it to different location to use I would have given it a rating of 10. I am an organized person so the carry bag would been great. Overall dirt devil has lived up to its high standards. I'm planning on giving these to relatives as house warning gifts.

Questionable quality
Just unboxed a 29v flipout. Flip nozzle fell off the unit right out of the box, the dowel puns that are supposed to hold it in the unit are missing, looks like they were broken off when it was packaged. Can hold it on the unit with velcro, a minor inconvenience but still a disappointment because I paid for a feature that doesn't work. It is charging waiting for its first use, hopefully the unit performs well. Would really be a disappointment if the whole unit turned out to be as shoddily made as the flip attachment.

Replaced my loyal M0924
Bought new one yesterday, did pet steps, cat condos, stairs, chairs and love It!
My old one of many years had only 5 min left of good suction.
I do need some help with best way to remove turbo brush, way too tight.
