Sadly disappointed
Works great when it works. I'm on wet jet#2 and the same issue with both of them. They abruptly stop spraying. Only the motor is winding. Changed bottles and batteries still the same. Not sure if it's worth buying another one or investing in a spin mop at this point. The packaging should read "disposable wet jet good for only so many sprays".

If only ZERO was a rating
I reached out to swiffer about a month or two after buying the wet jet mop, because I was certain it was defective. No matter what I did, it would intermittently spray solution. The other times, you just hear the motor, but nothing happens. I got the typical: "did you make sure you have batteries in it?" "Maybe try some new batteries" blah blah blah
Here I am, another couple months down the road, same old crap, except now it just drizzles the solution down the side and drips all over the floor in puddles. To say I am angry is an understatement. If I have to spend money on the most expensive mop out there, plus turn around and get all their money grabbing "refills" - the least they could do is actually work!!

Doesn't keep the cleaner in the bottle, leaks.
It worked great at first, but now I have purchased 2 bottles of the cleaner, and while it's just standing in the corner, the soap stuff leaks out, leaving me with nothing to clean with, just clean up the mess it leaves on the floor. What's wrong with it?

Bad . Not working anymore
Working for only a few weeks then even with changing batteries motor is not working anymore. This is a gizmo, not for a long-lasting tool.

DON'T BUY THIS
These no longer seem to last at all, breaks in a very short period of time. Shame on you for making such an inferior product.

Worked 5 times, now dead!
Just bought 2 months ago and have used 5 times. It quit working and have changed batteries. So now am left with non working mop and a refill of 3 reusable mop heads and 2 new bottles of solution. Spent over $60 on Swiffer Products wanted this to be the product that made my life easier.
Was great when it worked.

It doesn’t squirt the product out And Leaked out
The worst product I’ve ever Bought. I had to replace it twice now. I only cleaned this and it’s such a waste of money.

It's OK, but the handles are prone to breakage.
I've owned 3 Wet Jets over the years. They all worked fine, but they all broke in the same fashion. The plastic handle grips all snapped where the plastic attaches to the metal pole. I've snapped two and yesterday my daughter snapped the third.
