Does a good job. Like the large tank size. Higher fan speeds are loud, lower speeds are quite.

Adequate only for small homes or spaces
Nice looking tower design. Controls are easy to use. Fan noise is objectionable at higher settings. Using in a 1000 sq. ft. home at 50% RH setting. During winter in SC, it plateaus at 38% on a cold dry day. Found it necessary to put a pan of warm water on the stove to supplement the unit.

DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK!!!!
I bought the model D46 720 2 gallon black humidifier online. I've used it maybe 10 days and the thing stopped working properly and is the biggest piece of junk. The tanks are hard to attach to the base. Once the tanks are full and its set to a fan level speed and humidity level the reading of the machine indicates it is empty when it has just been filled full. You have to open the tank and press the button at the bottom with your finger to get more water to come out. It will run may be 5 minutes then again it says the tanks are empty. A huge headache. I am the first the review this product so there are no other reviews to go by.
