Works great, needed to figure out DPI on my own
The printed instructions say to go to this website for DPI programming instructions, but they are not here, or anywhere. I bought this specifically for that function as it is bulky and clicky otherwise. It took me an hour of fiddling to program it with DPI but I finally got it to work. So it works, but subtract 2 stars for incorrect instructions and the hassle.

Simple and Easy to Use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions for programming are straightforward and this was much easier to train the opener to work with than any other homelink or universal transmitters. It worked great with our Chamberlain garage door opener and was easy to set up with a Genie opener in our new house after moving. Solid feel and nice compact size, clips securely and the camo design is a unique look!

Poor manual and range
Bought this for my unattached garage with a genie opener on one side and craftsmen on the other. Craftsman linked up easily with program learn button and genie brand with dip switches was a pain to find instructions. Finally got them both working, got to the house and neither would work. Have to stand 60 feet away for doors to open.

Worked for a while, then I couldn't reprogram it
Purchased this and it worked on my original garage door opener. When I replaced with a Chamberlain Model B970, It would not program. The LED light would not come on. I replaced the battery with a couple of new ones that I had to purchase (waste of money, since it didn't work). I remember on the initial setup, I had a hard time getting it programmed. I have purchased other remotes and never had a problem getting them to work. Because of the difficulty, I would recommend against this opener. The only thing going for it is the size.
