More like netting.
I used this fencing to wrap around the railing of my front porch to keep my cat in. The fencing served it's purpose. However the fencing is more like a netting. This makes it a little harder to work with. The material has no structure to support itself while attaching and easily becomes tangled. Once attached it seems to be doing the job.
