Great idea, reconnect multiple times, poor pairing
I took a chance on this since all of the reviews are 2 years old....I thought they would have had the bugs worked out by now. Instructions for set up could be better by including indicator light meanings with the set up instructions. Pairing of the sensor simply says to push the button. - took me a bit to find the hidden button that is under the black part of the sensor. No guidance given for how long to push the button. I push the button - light blinks one time after I let go of the button and then doesn't light up again - does not pair. By luck I did get it to pair with alot of tinkering. Lastly, we lost power this week and the sensor and hub forgot everything. You would think in this age it would be able to find the wifi again and find the sensor again without any intervention. My Ring and Nest products all have no issues with that!

Very easy to use

Does not stay connected
Stayed connected for 2 days. Then loses connection I have had to reinstall 3 times. And now it will not connect

Can’t wait to see it work outside !

Living in the north , I haven’t had the opportunity to use this in my garden but it has been very convenient with my houseplants. Can’t wait for warmer weather to try it outside !

I could use a bunch of these throughout the house!

simple setup, adjusts easily from plant to plant by pressing top button, measurement is simple and easy to understand
Although the sensor starter kit is a little bit more expensive than I would have liked, it has been a cool device to help me know when to water. I'm using it for my indoor succulents and will either move it to the raised bed garden this spring or by an additional sensor for outdoors. Setup was really easy and the app has been simple and intuitive to navigate.
