Frost King's Drain Away downspout extender fits all standard downspouts. It directs water away from your foundation. This version is twice as long as the standard Drain Aways. Installs easily without the need for tools. Simply slide it over your downspout and secure it with the provided zip-ties. Can be cut to any length with household scissors. Unrolls automatically when it rains. Roll it back up manually when the weather clears.

piece of junk. the water does not all flow out so you have standing water and you have to manually roll it back up after every rain.

Waiting for a rainstorm to observe functionality.
Testing right now. It seems to twist easily in the wind so I anchored bottom lip with a rock. A rainstorm needed for further comment

Drain Away Works!
Although it's about as thin as a cheap garbage bag liner - it works! I used duct tape to connect two of these to a 10 foot length. They extended the water coming out of the gutter to an area exactly the distance from the house that I wanted.

I bought 4 of the downspout extenders and placed them on each of my downspouts. They do a good job and I don't think its a hassle to go out and roll them up. I'm happy - no more ruts in the ground.
