Mold Issue
I had the same mold issue as noted below. I bought a 32oz container a few months ago and used it for repairs in a fixer-upper condo I had purchased. Am now getting around to doing more work and opened the container this morning to find mold growing on the top. Came to this website looking for info as to if I could scrap off the mold and still use or if I should toss the container. I'll toss it and get a new one. Although I haven't come across any evidence of mold, considering the condition of this condo it doesn't surprise me that I could have introduced mold spores into the container. That's why I'm giving the product a 5 start. I think it's more likely the mold was introduced here rather than at the factory.

Works well
This is my go-to product for small hole patches. To avoid the product drying out after use, place a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the plaster that's left in the bucket before closing to keep air from drying it out. I've never had the mold problem claimed in another post here - but maybe I just do more home improvement and use up my plaster faster.

Does the job.
I bought a 32 oz container, but didn't use it all at once, probably half the container. I next used it after 3 months of storage, and it was covered with a thick grey-brown mold. It was also considerably thicker than the original product. I scraped the mold off the surface and used it. Another month went buy and tonight I Again opened it, only to find even more moldy. This time I'm throwing it away. Tell me, is it typical that this product doesn't have a shelf life? Should it have been refrigerated?
