Description
Elasto-Barrier Adhesive Base Coat is a water-based, elastomeric, liquid rubber primer designed to seal, protect, maintain, and renew existing roofs. Use on properly drained tar & gravel roofs in areas subjected to ponding water as a part of Ames Roof Coating Systems. Must be top coated with a suitable Ames UV-Resistant top-coat.
  • Elastomeric primer primarily used for roofs - top coat required
  • Expands/contracts 1200% with surface to resist cracking & peeling
  • Suitable for wood, steel, galvanized steel & aluminum
  • Coverage 1 gallon per 100 square feet per coat
  • Easy to apply with brush, roller, or sprayer
