Rated 5 out of 5 by from Counter to other review I have not used this product but simply wanted to offset the bad advice of the1 star review about tips onlybreaking on the end. If the shaft is designed to absorb some of the impact it will extend the life of th tip. So even though the tips do break first, creating a composite shaft will shore up the life of the top longer. Much like a folded steel blade. Hard steel at the tip for durability soft steel on the shaft for longevity.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Designed by the marketing department. Anyone that has ever used a bit enough to break it, knows that breakage occurs at the tips and not the shaft.
