Easy to use, love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this iron very easy to handle. It is light weight, easy to glide with the nonstick soleplate, and shaped perfectly for me to iron my family's clothes. I liked the multiple settings such as the variable steam dial and variable SmarTemp system. The translucent water tank is a helpful feature to know when it needed refilling. I have only had it a few months so cannot attest to durability but so far it has worked perfectly. I did receive the product to help in facilitating my review, but all opinions are my own.

Great Features, Gets Hot Quick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item free, in exchange for my honest review. Upon opening the package. I read the instructions, which are very simple. I added a bit of water and plugged it in. I had just washed and dried my car seat cover, which had a few wrinkles in it, so I thought I'd give it a try. The iron itself has a real nice, clean look to it. The reservoir that holds the water looks to be well put together. Upon plugging it in and turning it on, it seemed to get hot straight away. I would strongly suggest not to press the iron down with force onto any type of material. I did notice that it would more than likely leave an "iron mark" on the fabric, especially if you are a novice in using one. I would not start out with the highest setting either, as it got hot quick. That will more than likely make your fabric stick to the iron, resulting in damage. I would also not advise using this on delicate fabric. The steam worked well, but do not overfill. The iron does have a smooth glide to it when using it. Overall, it served it's purpose and is a good buy for the price of the item.

Love everything about it except...........
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All this iron has to offer is perfect. The steam is strong. The unit itself is light weight. The cord is long enough. It irons very well! The only thing it doesn't have is auto shut off, which to me is an absolute necessity with small appliances in my home.

Way better than expected!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this iron over 2 weeks ago and have been using it for my work scrubs since... and its awesome! I think anyone who works in the medical field will agree that scrubs are impossible to iron but I found the answer!!! And you don't have to spend a lot of money to get it!! The steam feature works awesome. Doesn't leave any wet marks on my clothing like my older iron did. I would totally recommend this Iron!!!

Ironing is easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iron is so much lighter than my old iron and the cord is a perfect length. The knob in the middle under the handle is somewhat cumbersome, but doable.

Crisp Creases!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually am in love with this iron. I just used it for the first time and I am pleasantly surprised. There is a little chart on the bottom of the iron so you can see which setting works best for each kind of fabric. I love that you can change how hot the iron is, and how much steam it produces. I didn't feel like I had to go over the same spots again and again to iron out any wrinkles. I ironed 3 dress shirts in about 10 or 15 minutes, much quicker than previous irons I've used. The only thing I don't like is the little valve to pour the water into the reservoir. Its tiny and a little slow at draining the water, so take your time and use a small stream of water.

Horrible iron
I purchased this iron primarily because it was light weight. Plus my previous Black and Decker iron lasted over 20 years! Unfortunately this iron never heated properly and could not get wrinkles out of most fabrics. It was completely useless on cottons. I struggled along with it for the last year and a half or so until it just up and quit this week. Even if I was able to find the receipt to return it under warranty I doubt I would and I'm sure the shipping would be more than the unit cost anyway, so...Sure wish the good ol' USA was still the manufacturing giant it used to be.

Damaged my clothes. Don't buy!
I used this iron for about 6 mo. There were temperature issues; the temperature seemed to fluctuate. Then it scorched 2 pairs of white jeans last fall. In over 40 years of ironing, I had never scorched anything--but, well, I thought I must have turned the temperature up too high on this iron. I was afraid to use it after that but really needed it last night for some jeans I had embroidered. I used a press cloth to protect the embroidery--and this iron scorched the press cloth! I was REALLY surprised because I had turned the temperature up only to the Wool setting because of concerns that the metallic embroidery thread might melt. This is a horrible iron.
I had a Black & Decker previously; it didn't scorch, but it wasn't the high-performing iron I need. Goodbye Black & Decker!

my sad experience
The iron worked fine for a month or so but then the grey coating on the sole began to soften and rub off on the clothes being ironed and ruined the clothes. Very sad, to say the least!
Had to throw the iron out and buy a different Band D iron.....am I crazy or what?

I am not even wasting my time returning this item to the store, I am throwiing it in the garbage. I am 62 years old and have never had a worse experience with an appliance. You should take it off the market now, will save you alot of complaints in the future.

Terrible Iron
No matter the setting, this iron melts the fabric, and the melted fabric clings to the iron spreading it across the clothes. It has ruined some very nice clothes. It is a horrible product!

Splish, Splash am I taking a bath?
The iron, itself, works well for basic ironing. The main problem is that there is no plug/closure for the water tank. So, when you return the iron to a sitting position, water splashes out over the handle, onto your hand and the ironing board.

These new steam irons are not worth buying.
I had a Black and Decker iron for 10-15 years that I really liked, but it quit working. Since I liked it so well, I thought that I would get one like it. Well since it was so old there were no others like it on the market today. The old one was a Black and Decker Quick 'n Easy model #330. The new ones seemed to be more heavy and bulky to use. So after looking around awhile I bought the Black and Decker Steam Iron Model F210. It was lightweight and easy to use. I found out this model is not good to use as a steam iron. The water comes out of water fill opening when you're ironing and gets the clothing wet and comes out when you go to rest it on its heel. The clothes are wet and so is the ironing board cover. What a mess!! Very disappointed in the performance. I wish the appliances we use could all be made in the USA. It seems like since we have so much made abroad the quality of the products has been sacrificed. I guess this iron will have to be stored as a good dust collector.
