Exactly what I expected
Cleaned wood deck with bleach/ TSP solution. Applied one coat. Lasted 3 yrs before it started looking a little"potty" Redoing deck again with Restore; wash with bleach/TSP apply; (at least the deck won't come down with COVID-19). Sorry couldn't resist. Only issue I had was it wasn't the easiest to apply, however, due to thickness I didn't expect it to be easy. Nothing lasts forever.

Worst product ever!
I would like to warn everyone of this product's inferior quality! I wish I had never bought this for my deck! The parts that have not peeled off on their own now have to be removed before the entire deck rots as the stain holds in the moisture where it still is on the deck and won't let it dry. Stays wet! Beware. I would NOT never recommend it or ever use this product on anything.

does not hold up!
Deck was fine sanded, vacuumed and wiped clean before applying 2 coats. 3 plus years later, many bare spots showing. Expected more from the product. disappointing!

What about thinning?
The five gallon bucket of 4x has gotten really thick as I get to the final third left in the container. Despite stirring frequently, it is still REALLY thick. Question whether it's better to thin with water or paint thinner?
