Decent quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try the cozyup pet stairs and overall I like it. I wish it had anti-skid pads on the bottom. The plastic is decent construction, should be adequate for my older cat. I got this since it’s getting harder to jump up on the bed. However, she has not figured out what the stairs are for or maybe just stubborn.

Step on up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My doggie put these steps to work almost instantly. She is a small dog that jumps on my bed pretty easily most of the time but as soon as she figured out these steps get her up there she tends to use them a lot more. The steps are pretty durable. They stay in place and don't move or shake when she is using them The steps are padded and feels pretty good to the touch. The steps are well made and easy to wipe off if i need to. I definitely recommended them.

Can’t use it and can’t return it
I bought 2 pup steps for my dog, but after many tries, she’s still afraid to use it. I tried to send them back, but the return shipping is more than the cost of the product. Now I’m stuck!

Just what I was expecting
I bought this when I got a new bed frame. This step is just the right height for the chihuahua to walk up and crawl in bed. It's a little steep so he has to have a running start to make it all the way up. He still hasn't used it to get down off the bed. I think the steps may be just a little too narrow for his fat butt.
