Raid 17.5 oz. Aerosol Wasp & Hornet Spray. This fast-acting, residual insecticide kills wasps and hornets on contact from 25' away. It also kills wasps and hornets that return to the nest, as well as larvae and pupae in the nest. The active ingredients are prallethrin and cypermethrin. Stand a safe distance from the nest and not directly underneath. Hold the can as upright as possible, point the spray opening toward the nest with the wind at your back, and spray in early morning or early evening when insect activity is minimal. Wait at least 24 hours before removing the nest.
