Rust-Oleum Professional VOC SCAQMD Clean Metal Primer, White, 1 Gal.

VOC for South Coast, California white clean metal primer for use on clean bare metal, previously coated or lightly rusted metal. It has been formulated to conform to regulations limiting the amount of volitle organic compounds (VOC) contained in chemical coatings. This primer is compatible with Rust-Oleum Stops Rust brand finishes. This primer is not compatible with top coats that contain strong solvents such as automotive finishes. White clean metal primer covers approximately 550 Sq. Ft. per gallon. Dries to touch in 4 to 6 hours, to handle in 8 to 12 hours and to recoat in 24 hours. Thin with no more than half pint paint thinner per gallon. Clean tools and equipment with paint thinner or mineral spirits.
