It contains NO rubber or latex and is UV, Chemical, Fuel and Oil Resistant as well as waterproof (salt & fresh). The Perfect Bungees products are designed to withstand All Weather and All Temperatures and can stretch up to 2x original length. Nylon ABS Hooks are non-marring and wont scratch or gouge surfaces.
