HoldRite Quick Strap Deluxe Earthquake, seismic water heater restraint Bracing System. This tested and recognized system features a double body strap for water heaters up to 80 gallons. Powder coated for durability, it allows full adjustment from the front, eliminating the need to wrap the strap around the back. Quick Caps conceal exposed hardware and include an installer sign-off area. Includes 4 straps, 4 J-Clips, 4 Lag Bolts, Two 3/8" Carriage Bolts, 2 Caps, and Two 3/8" Hex Nuts. Strap 24 Gauge CRS, Galvanized Finish: Powder Coat, Polyester, White Texture. California Division State Architect Approval #97-010 UPC, IPC, IAPMO Listed, State Of California Accepted, City Of Los Angeles Approved, & Meets All Current Code Requirements.
