Premier 175 5 Gal. Non-Fibered Foundation Coating

Excellent non-fibered coating for dampproofing exterior vertical, below-grade masonry walls. Dries to a tough, flexible, weather resistant film. Resists damage which may result from expansion and contraction caused by weather, temperature variation, and normal building vibration. Can be used on exterior surface of underground storage tanks and pipes, stone, brick, or concrete surfaces. Coverage is approximately 1.5 Gal. per 100 Sq. Ft. depending on texture and porosity of surface. Apply by brush or spray equipment. Do not apply if there is a threat of rain within 24 hours after application. Limited 12 month warranty.
