Awesome customer sercice
I have a 1280 pump sprayer. I let it set over the winter with a very strong Bug spray Permethrin. The little valve at the end of the pump Shriveled up and does not make a seal. They are sending m e a new one at no charge. Cant ask for a better customer service. Always rinse the pump out when done spraying.

Excellent sprayer
Good. I just used the sprayer today for the first time. The best thing (among several) is that the tank is cylindrical (not made like a damn 2 liter coke bottle like so many are) so that the base is more stable than most sprayers, and not prone to fall over when using outdoors. The pump has a short but effective stroke. Good sturdy product. I spray fruit trees so a couple more feet of hose would make me smile. May be another one in my future....

Leaks
It leaks where the pump screws into the tank, seams like there should be a washer like my other tank has.
