I read the instructions and this website before I first used these, and something goes wrong every other time. It will either not dissolve and then stain, or it ends up in the rubber door seal, barely dissolved

Don't change anything! I swear by cold water Tide pods, fantastic product, I have zero complaints 👌 Thank you so much for a product that does what its supposed to do. I have been washing clothes for over 40 years, I'm impressed with cold waterTide pods, I won't use anything else on my clothes, ever. Thank you again 🙂

Works well, smell too strong
I'm literally only interested in the energy savings aspect of this product. It does a fine job getting my clothes clean, but the scent is just too strong. It's not unpleasant, it's just too much.

Great product (if package improvement)
We tried the cold water pods for the environmental benefit. Overall we have been very happy with the product. It has kept our clothes clean and fresh, and we have been pleased with the performance. Would like to see improved packaging for refills...a package that is compostable, less plastic to match the environmental benefit story of the pods.

Overpowering smell
I like the idea of using cold water for laundry and our clothes were well cleaned; however the smell is overpowering. I did one load in our basement, and the smell permeated throughout the whole house for a day. I could still smell it a week later in our closet where clothes were hanging. Please make an unscented version. Thanks.
