Replacement Grill
I purchased a Weber Spirit E-210 in 2014. Nine years on and it was time to be replaced. I considered other types of grills / smokers, but eventually came back to Weber. This time, though, I upgraded to the Spirit E-310. After using the E-210 for a while, I concluded that I needed more heat. I have one disappointment though. The E-210 has collapsible side tables. The E-310 does not. My bad for not checking in advance of purchase. I assumed the only difference between the two models was an additional burner. I’ll live with it though.

Should have got one sooner.
I think this is their entry level model and it’s still better than any grill I’ve ever used before. I was hesitant because it was so expensive but since I got it a few months ago I now understand why people enjoy grilling so much. I didn’t need a side burner because I never have the need for one and I prefer two prep surfaces. Very happy with the purchase.

Loving this grill so far.
Just four cooks so far but I already know I am going to enjoy this grill. It’s nice to not have to worry about flare ups when the lid is closed. Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken and Steaks have all turned out great.

Corrosion
This is a replacement for a previously owned similar Weber model. Unfortunately, the previous version sustained such severe corrosion over 5 years that it actually collapsed when l tried to move it last fall. We live near the ocean so salt air is corrosive. Still, l was disappointed in the short period of time that we were able to use that Weber grill. It worked very well for cooking, and our charcoal Weber is probably 20 years old and fine. (It also works well). So, we’re giving Weber another chance.

Our great Spirit 310
We have always owned Weber grills. To us they are the gold standard for reliability and cooking efficiency. You can pay less for a propane gas grill, but you will not get the workmanship and longevity of a Weber. We love our new Spirit 310.

Dangerous installing a full tank on this grill.
Very difficult and dangerous to change the propane tank. Very heavy to install a full tank. I think it is dangerous to change out in that small confined space.

Good w/ small flaws.
The tank fill spring mechanism doesn't always register accurately. As a result you may have to "bounce" the tank to get the scale to read correctly. I had a new tank and it registered 1/3 full upon initial installation. After bouncing the tank, it registered correctly. I would like if the wings (or at least one of them) was able to be folded down. I really enjoy the reversible grill grates and the grease collection system. In general, I'm happy with the grill. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions.

Nice grill, perfect size, easy to use
So far so good. Have used it twice. Started up immediately. Bought it for the weighing the tank feature. But very difficult to lift the full tank on to the hook.

Nice grill for it's size.
Overall, a wonderful gas grill. Easy to assemble and appears very well built. The grill ignites quickly and heats to temperature in approximately 10 minutes. The grates clean easily and leave nice "grill marks". The grill loose heat quickly but the burners can recover with adjustment.

Hot grill, cabinet both helps and hinders.
Very hot grill. With 3 burners, it's tough to get the temperature to hold a lower temperature (350). That said, it's fast and efficient, and provides even heat. I really like the cabinet that hides the drip pans and the propane, but the propane tank was very difficult to mount on the hanger inside the cabinet.

A Wonderful Grill
This is a wonderful grill. It was time to replace our off brand grill and with going through several grills in my lifetime we thought we would splurge and get this one. It’s just my wife and I so the 3 burner was the best size for us. The grill was relatively easy to assemble and used it that evening. I love how easy it is to control the temperature and even control the temperature in different zones. My wife has mentioned several times how much better the food tastes that we have cooked on it. I wish I would have gotten one sooner.

No more 1-2 year throw away grills for me.
After many years of buying other brand grills and replacing them every other year. I finally made the purchase of a Weber. Yea it cost more than those other ones but this thing is built like a tank and will last a lot longer. The warranty and the availability of replacement parts were the final factors that made me make this purchase.

Propane bottle will not fit on hanger/level gauge.
Excellent grill with even heat and cooking, with only 1 problem.
The tank level gauge will not work with our areas propane bottles, as they have a wider curved out handle for a comfortable grip while carrying, and the clip on the gauge is not wide enough to support the tank. And since the bottom has a larger diameter hole that the tank drops thru, you can't just set the tank inside. This causes us to install/remove the tank every time we use the grill, which is a pain.
