Rated 2 out of 5 by szerow from Need to replace filters every few weeks Have been using zero water since 2018. Since then, the filter content is either getting smaller or less effective. Filters used to last a few months, now need to replace every few weeks (approx. 470 TDS, 1 person use). Also, filters airlock too frequently even at the beginning of the cycle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FlyJesus61 from Telling y'all the many places I've lived I've been using Zero water filters since I lived in Rocklin, California, I think around 2011 as their water was 267. I'm not totally sure, but I've never stopped using it. I lived in Henderson, NV for a little over a year as their tap water was at 435 and from there I went to Bend, Oregon and their water was at 41. Then traveled to Norman. Oklahoma and their water 235 an now I'm in Pearland, TX with the water at 162

Rated 4 out of 5 by Seanrn from Overall good Very effective filters, a little on the spendy side. As good as the filters are the majority of the the pitchers are poorly designed. Either poor flow or poorly constructed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ezymel from Superb taste That is the highest I have ever given for a product. At first, I thought that water, living in a rural area would taste good. When I first moved here, it wasn't that bad but after 3 years, it got worse. Now, I filtrate everything; that is when I replace the ice cubes as well as the water, the taste is far superior and has a nice, clean taste. It even has a tang to it but that is because it is so pure. Bottled water does not come close to it. I was drinking so much seltzer water which doesn't taste bad but it is costly. At first, I opted for the monthly replacement for the zero filter and I did change the delivery to every two months. I will see how that goes and if I have to change it again for earlier delivery, I will do so.
